Inspection and metrology

  • CMM (inspection through an NABL-accredited laboratory) to control plan, with dimensional reports
  • Contracer with roughness testing in-house
  • Height gauges, digital verniers, micrometers in-house
  • Bench centres, flatness testers, comparators, borescopes in-house
  • Full raw-material lot traceability and SPC-monitored control in-house

Tolerance capability to ±10 µm and Ra 0.4 µm, subject to geometry and process.
